101 in 1001

Since becoming a teacher, a really good work life balance has been one of my priorities. It is so easy to focus on the workload and not much else (as I found out during my first two terms in the job). I'm sure anyone with a stressful job that requires a lot of your attention will agree that sometimes self-care and self-enjoyment just goes right out of the window. Now is my time to change it. I do enjoy my job a lot, but I'm taking weekends and evenings back.

I thought a good way to kick-start this and keep on track of just how much time I'm taking for myself would be to start the 101 things in 1001 days challenge. Let's go!
